6th ANNUAL HAWAI'I AVOCADO FESTIVAL - KEAUHOU BEACH RESORT
February 18, 2012 This free to the public, zero waste event will be held from 10 am to 4
pm at Keauhou Beach Resort. Fun and informative festivities will
include demonstrations on avocado grafting and growing, an avocado
recipe contest, free guacamole sampling, farmer's market, arts and
crafts, healing arts, eco fashion show, and a full lineup of performing
arts. Original festival art and t-shirts will be on display and for
sale. The 2012 Hawai'i Avocado Festival is sponsored by Sanctuary of
Mana Ke'a Gardens, Hawai'i Tropical Fruit Growers-West Hawai'i, U.S.

held every third Sunday of the month on beautiful, on Alii Drive. This
gathering of artists, crafters and musicians is the place to be. The
street is shut off to all vehicles offering shoppers the unique
opportunity to browse and shop with well over one hundred local vendors
selling locally made, designed or grown items from coffee to macadamia
nuts to apparel, jewelry, art, crafts and much, much more. where you can
stroll is truly a beautiful place to shop for locally grown Kona
Coffee, Macadamia Nuts, Fruits, Vegetables and much more. This event
also features a FREE Hawaiian show of singing and dancing behind the
Hulule’e Palace making this a market you won’t want to miss!
